Dr. Jenn Rolfes (she/her), DBH, MS (Statistics), MBA founded Health Equity Solutions to support healthcare organizations in their unique journey of advancing health equity in their communities.
Having grown up in an impoverished area that suffered high levels of substance use disorders, Jenn knew that she wanted to help, she just didn’t know exactly how. Through her educational and professional journey, she recognized that her doctorate in behavioral health, MS in statistics and her business acumen was a powerful skill set that could be used to support healthcare teams and improve patient outcomes.
