Our founder Jenn Rolfes, DBH, MS (Statistics), MBA started Health Equity Solutions to support healthcare organizations in advancing health equity in their communities. She grew up in an impoverished area that suffered high levels of substance use disorders. Her lived experiences intersect with her education in statistics and behavioral health combined with years of experience in supporting healthcare teams.

 

She’s brought together behavioral health experts, statisticians, data engineers, grant writers, communications experts, and evaluation professionals who all have a stake in advancing healthcare towards more equitable and fair outcomes.
