Certifcation
A Certified Behavioral Health Peer Support Specialist (CBHPSS) is a trained professional who uses their own lived experience with mental health and/or substance use challenges—and recovery—to support others who are facing similar challenges.
A Family Peer Support Specialist (FPSS) is a trained professional with lived experience as a caregiver of a child or youth with emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs. They use that experience to support other caregivers navigating similar challenges.
Continuing Education
We offer a state-recognized Clinical Supervision Training that provides 20 continuing education units (CEUs) and meets all annual CEU requirements for behavioral health professionals. Designed for Peers, LACs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and LCPCs. The training offers flexible sections, make-up options, includes templates and extensive resources to support practical application

Behavioral Health Supervision Training
In practice, it helps supervisors move beyond task management to coaching, accountability, and workforce wee-being.
Core supervision skills (coaching, feedback, performance support)
Ethical and regulatory responsibilities, including confidentiality and scope of practice
Trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and equity-centered supervision
Supporting peer roles (like CBHPSS and FPSS) while protecting the integrity of lived experience
Managing burnout, secondary trauma, and staff wellness
Documentation, quality assurance, and compliance expectations
Family Peer Support Specialist (FPSS)
Helps families understand and navigate systems such as mental health, education, child welfare, and juvenile justice
Supports caregivers in advocating for their child and participating in care planning
Shares practical strategies and resources based on lived experience
Strengthens family voice, confidence, and engagement in services
